West Lake RCD

The West Lake Resource Conservation District was formed by the consolidation of the Scotts Valley RCD, Upper Lake RCD, and the Big Valley RCD on January 6, 1960.  The original three Districts were formed in the late 40’s and 50’s.

The West Lake District includes approximately 497,960 acres located in the northwestern part of Lake County.
